Installation paths on jinhoki
We support three main installation methods. Android users can download and install our APK directly from our platform or through alternative distribution channels. iOS users stream jinhoki through Safari or Chrome—no App Store listing is required, and the experience is near-native. Web users can add jinhoki to their home screen and access it like an app, even offline for certain features.
Android APK installation
Download the jinhoki APK file from our platform. Before installing, enable "Unknown Sources" in your device settings (Settings → Security → Allow installation from unknown sources). This permission tells Android to trust our APK. Once enabled, tap the downloaded file and follow the on-screen prompts. Installation takes seconds. After completion, the jinhoki app appears on your home screen. You can disable "Unknown Sources" again after installation for security.
iOS browser and web app
iOS users do not need to download anything. Open Safari or Chrome, visit our web platform, and log in or register. Once you are inside, tap the share icon and select "Add to Home Screen." This creates a shortcut that behaves like a native app. Web app users on any device can do the same. The shortcut launches jinhoki in full-screen mode, and cached content loads instantly even if your connection briefly drops.
Getting started: four steps
- Download or open: For Android, download and install the APK; for iOS or web, open your browser and visit jinhoki.
- Register or log in: New users enter email, username, password, and mobile number; existing members use their credentials.
- Complete KYC verification: Upload your ID and proof of address; our team reviews your documents within standard business hours.
- Add a payment method: Link your e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet account, scan a mobile banking code, or enter your bank details (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking).
App vs. browser on jinhoki
The native jinhoki app (Android APK) offers faster load times because it caches game libraries, player profiles, and tournament schedules locally. When you update your account or deposit via your bank during Idul Fitri, the app syncs changes instantly without re-downloading data. Push notifications remind you when live blackjack or roulette studios open, or when your favorite Liga 1 match starts. The app also works partially offline—you can review your account history, check recent transactions, and read help articles without an internet connection. Browser access works equally well for gameplay, but each session requires a fresh connection and caches less data. Both paths use the same encryption for security and KYC verification.
Device compatibility and requirements
Our jinhoki app runs on Android 7.0 and later, and on iOS 12.0 and later. Most phones sold in the past five years meet these requirements. We recommend at least 100 MB of free storage for the Android APK. iOS users need no storage commitment because the web app runs in the browser. Internet speed matters more than device age—a stable 3G connection is sufficient for live-dealer video and slot games, though 4G or WiFi is smoother. Tablets work the same way as phones.
Common installation issues and troubleshooting
If your Android device refuses to install the APK, confirm that "Unknown Sources" is enabled in Settings. Some devices require an additional security step: Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, then allow your browser or file manager to install from unknown sources. If the app crashes after opening, clear the cache (Settings → Apps → jinhoki → Storage → Clear cache) and try again. For iOS users, if the web app shortcut does not load, check your WiFi or mobile data connection, then refresh the page. Safari sometimes clears the home screen shortcut if you have not used it in several weeks—simply add it again using the share button. If you see a certificate warning or untrusted server message, this may occur if your device date is incorrect; update your device clock and retry.
Data, permissions, and account security on jinhoki
Our mobile app requests permission to access your device's camera (for video verification during KYC), microphone (for live-dealer audio), and contacts (for optional account recovery). We never access your contacts without explicit permission, and we do not share them with third parties. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or later. Your payment information (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank credentials) is never stored on your phone—we send it directly to our payment processor over encrypted channels. Your account password is hashed and never transmitted to your device after login. Two-factor authentication adds a second layer: even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without a code sent to your registered mobile number. Before you withdraw funds, our security team reviews the request to confirm the destination account matches your verified identity.
